Reservations are guaranteed, depending on the booking process and intermediary,
after payment of a deposit or after payment of the sum due in full for the stay.

Deposits cannot give rise to reimbursement,
even in the event of cancellation of the stay, regardless of the time or reason.

Reservations guaranteed by full payment (and not by deposit)
are reimbursed up to 70% of the amount paid,
in case of cancellation sent no later than 30 days before the said stay.
