Arrivals & Departures
The stay is free for children under 2 years old.
The rooms are accessible between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the day of arrival,
and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Booking and cancellation conditions
Reservations are guaranteed, depending on the booking process and intermediary, after payment of a deposit or after payment of the amount due in full for the stay. Deposits cannot give rise to reimbursement, even in the event of cancellation of the stay, regardless of the deadlines or the reasons.
Reservations guaranteed by full payment (and not by deposit) are reimbursed up to 70% of the amount paid, in the event of cancellation sent no later than 30 days before the said stay.
Terms of Payment
We accept payment by cash, bank check, bank card and ANCV holiday voucher.
Animals
Although we love them very much, our animal friends are not accepted.
